By registering for an account or using the shipping services of LUXEEE LOGISTICS, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable international shipping and Jamaica Customs regulations.

2. Assigned USA & China Mailbox Addresses

Customers receive a unique mailbox number upon registration for use at our USA and China warehouses. Customers must ensure their full name and mailbox number are included on all incoming packages.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must not ship illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, explosives, camouflage material, or unapproved hazardous goods. Items requiring an import permit must have valid authorization prior to arrival in Jamaica.

4. Customs Duties & Invoices

Customers are responsible for providing accurate commercial invoices and settling any applicable Jamaica Customs duties, taxes (GCT), and processing fees.

USA Air Freight: Billed per pound (Standard rate $650.00 JMD/lb).
China Air Freight: Billed per pound, minimum 10 lbs.
USA Sea Freight: Minimum 3 cubic feet (Barrel Services US$350).
China Sea Freight: Minimum 7 cubic feet.

2. Dispatch Schedule

LUXEEE LOGISTICS Solutions ships 3–4 times per week. Transit times may vary based on carrier schedules and customs clearance procedures.

3. Claims & Refunds

Customers should inspect their packages upon receipt. Any inquiries regarding damaged or missing items must be reported to Luxeeelogistics@gmail.com within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with the original merchant invoice.
